The apps alone give no access. Business records, customer data and owner approvals open only after signing in with an authorised account and the code from the authenticator app.

Can customers use the Parcha and Sales application?
No. The Parcha and Sales tools are intended for authorized Raunak Jewellers staff and owners, not public visitors.
How do I install the Windows app?
Download it and run the installer. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, choose More info, then Run anyway. The portable version runs without installing.
How do I install the Android app?
Open the downloaded file and tap Install. If the phone asks, allow installing apps from this source. A newer version installs over the old one, so nothing is lost.
When will the iPhone app be available?
The iPhone app is coming soon. Until then, please use an Android phone or the Windows app.
